We can still accept orders after these dates but delivery will be dependent on the availability of items. Most Janet Bell prints are made to order, though we do hold some stock in both stores, this stock can change daily though. Please check ahead of ordering to see if the print you want is available in our shop. We are unable to make any absolute guarantees regarding delivery but always do our very best to dispatch parcels as quickly as we can. If you are unsure as to whether the products you would like to order are available for dispatch please get in touch prior to ordering.
Local store pick up will be available until 4pm on Christmas Eve for items that are in stock.
Important - duplicated shipping charge
There is a glitch with our system where a small amount of customers are being charged twice for postage when purchasing multiple items from both of our locations. We are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, we will issue a refund for any orders overcharged on postage. This will be done when we are fulfilling your order or sooner.

STOCK AVAILABILITY & DISPATCH TIMES
Janet Bell Prints:- We hold stock of a small selection of Janet Bell bestsellers in our shop in Beaumaris, but most prints are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of prints. If you need prints within a shorter time frame please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that we can do so.
All other items, including homewares and lifestyle products, are in stock and are ready to be shipped, unless otherwise mentioned in product shipping information. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days.
Stuart Lamble Lamps:- These items are sent directly from the suppliers and can take longer to dispatch. Please check shipping information on individual product page for delivery estimates.
FREE STORE PICKUP - FROM BEAUMARIS ONLY
You can pick up your order from our store located in Beaumaris. Select the 'pickup' option at the checkout.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification from us. Bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting.

PARCEL TRACKING
Large parcels are sent by APC. We will include a tracking number if your parcel has been sent via APC where you can check the tracking information.
To track your APC delivery please visit the APC website with your postcode and tracking number provided with your dispatch notification.
Small parcels including small framed prints are posted via Royal Mail and have no tracking information. They usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
SCOTTISH ISLANDS & ISLE OF WIGHT
We may have to contact customers ordering from these areas with an additional delivery charge due to the extra charges we incur on items being posted to these areas. We unfortunately cannot calculate this automatically on our website. For further information please get in touch.
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
NORTHERN IRELAND & EU
We are currently unable to ship to these areas due to new GPSR requirements. We will update here if and when this changes.
REST OF WORLD
Our website is not currently set up for shipping outside of the UK. We are however happy to look into orders on a case by case basis so do get in touch if you'd like any further information.
