Although the shop is closed we are still operating online. We are working shorter hours, with less staff, but are still dispatching orders as quickly as we can under the circumstances. We aim to get orders sent out within 2 weeks. There are some delays with postal services so please allow longer than usual for delivery if ordering at this time.
Free Store Pickup
You are able to select FREE STORE PICKUP at the checkout if you live in the local area and are able to collect from Beaumaris. We will let you know when your order is ready to be collected. We will also let you know which days there will be someone at the shop as we are only in store for a couple of days a week during the lockdown. Please do not come to the shop without having received confirmation that your order is ready to be collected.

You can pick up your order from our store located in Beaumaris. Select the 'pickup' option at the checkout.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification from us. Bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting. We kindly ask you to adhere to social distancing measures in place in the store when collecting an order. Thank you.

Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight Shipping
We may have to contact customers ordering from Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight with an additional delivery charge due to the extra charges we incur on items being posted to these areas. We unfortunately cannot calculate this automatically on our website. For further information please get in touch.

We do not currently delivery outside of the UK.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you would like to return any item please notify us within 30 days. We are extending our returns period over the Christmas period. Any orders purchased from 16th November can be exchanged if returned by 31st January.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it is unused and is in the same condition as when you bought it. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in the post. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. We recommend you use a tracked service where possible.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the event of the goods arriving damaged or being faulty we will cover costs of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. In the case where the products are one off items, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see if there is .
