Janet Bell Prints:- We hold stock of a variety of Janet Bell bestsellers in our shop in Beaumaris, but some prints are made to order only. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive delivery of prints. If you need prints within a shorter time please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that we can do so.
All other items, including homewares and lifestyle products, are in store and are ready to be shipped. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days but due to Post Office pressures please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
FREE STORE PICKUP - FROM BEAUMARIS ONLY
You can pick up your order from our store located in Beaumaris. Select the 'pickup' option at the checkout.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification from us. Bring your order confirmation information with you when collecting. We kindly ask you to adhere to social distancing measures in place in the store when collecting an order. Thank you.

NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLE OF WIGHT SHIPPING
We may have to contact customers ordering from Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight with an additional delivery charge due to the extra charges we incur on items being posted to these areas. We unfortunately cannot calculate this automatically on our website. For further information please get in touch.
EUROPEAN & REST OF WORLD
We do not currently delivery outside of the UK.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you would like to return any item please notify us within 30 days.
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase providing that it is unused and is in the same condition as when you bought it. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs are non refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in the post. If returning a product please retain proof of posting, you can ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post Office. We recommend you use a tracked service where possible.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the event of the goods arriving damaged or being faulty we will cover costs of return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. In the case where the products are one off items, we cannot guarantee an exact replacement. In this instance we will offer a similar product or contact the designer to see if there is.
